Colorado Dreamin'
you know you're dreamin' when the guy you've had a crush on for a long time comes up to you and says, "hey, it's about time i took you to dinner don't you think?". "really?" i reply. "well, yeah. seems you got some sh** goin' on and you're lookin' pretty good now." then suddenly, batchlor number one takes my hand and we are off....except somehow we end up at the paramount after it has closed. then there is dinner waiting on the stage and he starts playin' my fav cd over the sound system.
then you know you're dreamin' when you are havin' the best dinner with the guy you've had a crush on for a long time and the stupid cat starts runnin' around the house yappin' it's jaws and fightin' with the other cat. i tried not to wake up, i mean we hadn't even kissed yet....damn luc and mab....can't you at least have given me 10 more minutes?
you know you are a sad case when the only dates you go on are between the hours of 2am and 4am and you always end up waking up from them with only a sneared look on your face and a very rapid heart beat at best. again, let me reiterate.....being single sucks.
